New Camera It is a little bigger than expected, but has so many great features. Love it. The choices of what you are choosing is phenomenal.

So far so good. This is a pretty neat little camera.This is not a power house this is a small camera to carry for quick shots of your kids or even something light to travel with when you larger camera is packed up in your luggage.It has a few simple really useful functions, a modest zoom (though 5x out does some of the other cameras like this)the lens seems to be doing it’s job. 16 mega pixels makes for a pretty clear photo. There is small shutter lag but a good sd card seems to help that and it’s on par with other digital cameras of this kind.I really like this little camera and I look forward to using it.So far…CuteLightCompacteasy to usedecent photosA+ for this sort of camera.I will update at a later date after I use it a bit, maybe even post a sample photo or two.

Fast! I purchased this for use with my new Canon T2i. I use it primarily for shooting full resolution 1080p video, although I shoot stills as well.The camera choked on the class 4 chip that I originally purchased, but with this one, it is amazing. I can shoot rapidfire 18 megapixel stills (I've tested it up to 30+ shots in a row), and there is no lag. I've never had an error when shooting hi-def video.Highly recommended! I'm buying another one.

Canon PowerShot A2300 This camera is just another in a long line of excellent point & shoots from Canon. This one is a slip-in-your-pocket, fully automatic. I am partial to Canon. The best price I found on the Internet was at Amazon. I especially like the 28mm Wide-angle lens. With 16 MP it is as powerful as any P & S on the market. With the 5 X Zoom this is an excellent camera for portraits and other subjects indoors or around the yard. Mine came with a stylish red casing. I bought it as a gift for my wife. She was very pleased. I have been an amateur photographer since the middle 1980s. Canon is always my first choice.

Nice generic, cheap case for the S90 This case happens to be a good fit for the Canon S90. If you’re hiking or are on vacation, it’ll get you that crucial amount of padding plus room for 1 or 2 spare batteries and SD card. I particularly like the fact that the belt loop is fixed (not a clip), so once you put it on, you can be confident that it stays on, no matter which woods you’re cutting your way through. Use a wider belt if you have one, the case wiggles a little with slim belts.If you’re out in Metropolis though, the “outdoor factor” may be just a tad over the edge. You can remove the metal hook and cut off the bright label with sharp scissors, but it’ll still look a bit too dorky for, say, the opera or sushi gathering. For such occasions, you’ll do better with Canon’s .

Excellent Camera at the right price I almost brought a NIKON version of this camera before I came across a review for it. I also considered Fujifilm, but was sold with this cameras internal memory and eyepiece viewfinder. All other features are similar to the Nikon but this has a better price.

Good case for a ‘Super-Zoom’. I have a closet full of camera cases and bags, but all of them are either too small or larger than I needed for my Panasonic DMC-FZ35 Super-Zoom. After checking out all the available cases at my local chain electronics store, the Case Logic DCB-304 is about as close to perfect as I could find. The camera fits well, with room to spare. It has storage for extra batteries, memory cards, or any small accessories. It’s lightweight, well padded, and offers moderate protection. A nice case for ‘Super-Zooms’, that is priced right.

Great Compact Point And Shoot The Canon A2300 is a great point and shoot camera for casual users. It's easy to use, and takes very clear pictures with wonderful color rendition. It has reasonable resolution (clarity) in zoom mode, and performs well for action shots at sporting events. The auto mode settings are fine for most photos. Low light zoom shots (such as stage shows in dark auditoriums)may not be completely acceptable, but that's a tough condition for any camera and should NOT be considered a serious flaw. The movie mode works well, with good clarity and color. Bottom line: for everyday shapshots (condidering the performance, features, and price) you'll be happy with the A2300.
